Robin Poole

Robin has been preparing tax returns for more than 40 years. She began her career right after college, working alongside her father, Roger, in his small business in Southborough, MA. In 2015, Robin took over the business when Roger retired after more than five decades in the field. Following ten years of steady client growth in Hudson, Robin decided to move her practice fully online. She now lives in mid-coast Maine, offering the same reliable service from her log cabin office and meeting with clients daily on Zoom. When she's not working, Robin enjoys exploring the Maine coast or spending time at home with her dog, cat, and chickens.
Raianne Richards

Raianne has prepared income tax returns with Poole Tax Service since 2010 and continues to provide great remote tax preparation from her Webster, MA, home, where she lives with her husband. In the off-season, she is a music educator and multi-instrumentalist songwriter who performs nationally. In 2024, she and her husband took over Blackstone Valley Music, their beloved music school, and transitioned it into a 501(c)3 nonprofit to expand quality music education and arts programming for central Massachusetts.
